The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How can I pay my bill?
    -We offer online bill pay through your customer portal and accept all major credit cards. If you choose, you may also set your account up on auto bill pay. -You may pay your technician at the time of service via check or cash -Contact the office at 785-221-0483 to make a payment over the phone. For quarterly pest customers you may pay after each completed, quarterly service, or we do have the option of a monthly bill option.
  • Do you offer after hours/weekend service?
    We do! We strive to make sure our customers are always taken care of. So, if you have an emergency situation over the weekend we will get a technician out to you ASAP!
  • What can I see on my customer portal?
    This is a great resource to pay your bill, access your account history, view technician notes, print off invoices for your records, edit your reminder preferences, or update contact info.
