As a small family owned business, we understand how important clear communication and trustworthiness is between us and our clients. With that in mind, we understand that not every client or location is going to be handled in the same manner. We are happy to tailor our services to you and your home's or businesses' specific needs or requirements.
QUARTERLY PEST SERVICE
$90/per quarter
Includes interior and exterior service (basic pests and occasional invaders). Free call backs in between visits if problems arise.
BED BUG COVERAGE PLAN
$30/per quarter
Available to our quarterly pest control customers only. Includes initial inspection to clear home of any bed bugs. Once home is certified (clear) for the additional $30/per quarter we insure your home with the agreement that if bed bugs arise, we will treat it for free.
MOSQUITO SERVICE
$60/per service
Monthly service, generally April-October, weather depending. Quick chemical treatment of property focusing on mosquito harboring areas.
YARD SPRAY
Starting at $40
Price will vary based on square footage. Combats fleas, ticks, chiggers, and mosquitos.
MOLE/VOLE CONTROL
$199/initial + $70/quarter
Includes baiting, trapping, and repelling.
TERMITE CONTROL
Free Inspection
Includes liquid treatment, baiting, service warranty, annual inspections. Price will vary based on service type and linear foot.
